The 625782 is an aircraft engine exhaust valve that opens during the exhaust stroke to release combustion gases from the cylinder. Constructed from heat-resistant alloy, this valve withstands extreme temperatures in reciprocating piston engines. It seats against the cylinder head valve seat and interfaces with the valve guide, spring, and rocker arm actuator.
Installation requires proper alignment in the cylinder head and adjustment per engine manufacturer specifications and FAA-approved maintenance data. Critical component for engine breathing and performance.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VALVE EXH against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VALVE EXH is available in: Serviceable. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
