Product Description

The 65815-800 fuel sender (548-671) converts tank fuel level into an electrical signal for cockpit fuel quantity indication. This variable resistor component mounts inside the fuel tank and moves with the float arm as fuel level changes, transmitting proportional resistance to the aircraft's fuel gauge. Used in Piper PA-28-181 and other aircraft equipped with TSO-C55a fuel quantity systems.

Installation requires mounting in the tank per the aircraft maintenance manual and verifying compatibility with your specific aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
