The RA-315 is a radio altimeter indicator displaying aircraft height above ground on the instrument panel. This Honeywell Bendix King/Sperry unit receives altitude data from the radar altimeter transmitter/receiver system and presents real-time AGL (above ground level) readings to the pilot. Qualified to FAA TSO-C87 and RTCA DO-160 standards for aviation safety and reliability.
