The 726800 is an oil bypass valve used in helicopter engine oil filter and cooler circuits. When filter or cooler differential pressure exceeds design limits—indicating blockage or restriction—this valve opens to route oil around the obstruction, maintaining continuous lubrication flow to engine components. The valve prevents oil starvation during filter clogging while allowing normal circulation when pressure is within operating range.
Installation and testing must follow the applicable engine maintenance manual. Verify part number against the aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the OIL BYPASS VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The OIL BYPASS VALVE is available in: Serviceable. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
