Product Description

The 7271-8-3 is a 3-amp thermal circuit breaker from Klixon's 7271 series, qualified to MIL-C-5809 standards. It protects 28 VDC or 115 VAC, 400 Hz aircraft electrical circuits with push-to-reset operation and trip-free design that interrupts power during overcurrent conditions. The breaker features neck mounting for panel installation and responds to thermal overloads without nuisance trips caused by transient surges.

Commonly used in avionics feeds and general aircraft electrical protection. Install using specified neck mounting hardware and torque per aircraft maintenance manual.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
