The 7500e is a solenoid-operated bleed valve for aircraft pneumatic systems. This valve regulates and isolates engine or APU bleed air in environmental control system ducting, modulating pack supply pressure during flight operations. Built from high-temperature alloy steel for pressurized service up to typical bleed air temperatures and pressures.
The valve responds to electrical actuation commands to open, modulate, or shut off airflow as required by the ECS logic. Installation follows ATA 36 pneumatic system procedures and aircraft maintenance manual specifications. Functional testing verifies proper response time and sealing integrity before return to service.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the BLEED VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The BLEED VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
