Product Description
The 8-327n300-9 is a Parbak backup ring designed to work alongside AS568-sized O-rings in aircraft hydraulic sealing applications. This elastomeric ring resists extrusion of the primary seal under high pressure conditions in static and dynamic service. Installed on the low-pressure side of the O-ring groove, it supports the O-ring and prevents it from being forced out of the gland during operation.
Commonly used in hydraulic fittings and glands on general aviation and commercial aircraft where reliable sealing integrity is critical. Installation follows equipment manufacturer specifications.
