The AN5770-3 is a manifold pressure indicator that displays engine intake manifold pressure in inches of mercury. This instrument measures the pressure differential between atmospheric and engine intake conditions, providing pilots with real-time power management data for piston engines. Mounted in the aircraft instrument panel and connected via a pressure line to the engine intake manifold, it supports throttle management and engine performance monitoring.
Built to AN (Army-Navy) standards, the gauge is commonly installed in vintage, warbird, and general aviation aircraft. Installation and calibration must follow the applicable aircraft maintenance manual specifications.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
