Product Description
The AN806-D5 is a 37° flared tube plug designed to seal AN flare connections in aircraft fluid systems. This aluminum plug closes off pressurized fuel and hydraulic lines during maintenance, testing, or when circuits are deactivated. It mates with standard flared-tube nuts following AN/AS (SAE AS4841) specifications for metal-to-metal sealing.
Installation requires a compatible flared-tube nut and proper torque per the aircraft maintenance manual to ensure leak-free closure.
