The AN827-4D is a four-way cross fitting for 1/4-inch OD aluminum tubing in aircraft hydraulic systems. This flared-tube connector features 7/16-20 UNJF threads and a 37° flare per SAE AS4841 standard, enabling metal-to-metal sealing at four junction points simultaneously. Install with matching AN nuts and sleeves, torquing per aircraft maintenance manual specifications.
