Product Description
The B-4940-1 is a spinner shim for propeller assemblies. This thin metal shim adjusts clearance and alignment between the propeller spinner and rear bulkhead during installation. Used to correct runout and reduce vibration in spinner assemblies, the shim is selected and stacked as required to achieve proper fit.
Installation follows the applicable propeller and airframe maintenance manual specifications. NSN 5365-01-574-5754.
