The CR3242-6-3 is a 100° countersunk structural blind rivet with an aluminum-alloy body and mechanically locked steel stem. This rivet installs from one side of the aircraft structure, making it ideal for skin applications where access is limited to a single surface. The flush head conforms to MS20426 standards, maintaining aerodynamic contour on aircraft exteriors.
The retained mandrel design prevents stem loss during installation. Use approved CherryMAX tooling and verify part selection against the aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.
