The d1-000-1012 is an airspeed indicator for aircraft pitot-static instrument systems. It displays indicated airspeed in knots by measuring differential pressure between pitot and static lines, conforming to FAA TSO-C2d standards. Mounted on the instrument panel as a primary or standby flight instrument, this gauge provides essential airspeed data for safe flight operations.
Installation requires pitot-static system leak checks per 14 CFR 91.411 and Part 43 Appendix E, with compatibility verification against the aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog.
