The DM N27-3 is a marker beacon antenna designed to receive 75 MHz ILS marker signals during aircraft approach guidance. Operating across the 74.75–75.25 MHz frequency range, this antenna feeds the airborne marker beacon receiver with navigation data for localizer and glide slope alignment. Installed externally on the fuselage per aircraft maintenance manual specifications, the antenna connects via standard avionics cabling to the marker receiver.
TSO-C35c certified for reliability in instrument approach conditions.
