Product Description
The kaa1505k is an aircraft altimeter that measures and displays pressure altitude using aneroid capsule technology. Static system pressure drives the instrument's needle movement across the altitude dial. A pilot-adjustable Kollsman window allows baro setting calibration for current atmospheric conditions.
This primary pitot-static instrument installs on the aircraft flight panel and meets FAA TSO-C10b standards. Installation and calibration must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and pitot-static system procedures to ensure accurate altitude indication during flight operations.
