Product Description

The M5086/1-20-9 is a 20 AWG unshielded aircraft wire with stranded tinned copper conductor and PVC insulation covered by a nylon jacket. Rated for 600 volts and continuous operation to 105°C, this wire conforms to MIL-W-5086/1 Type I and SAE AS50861/1 specifications. Used for airframe point-to-point electrical circuits where chemical and abrasion resistance are critical.

The nylon jacket provides protection against fuel, oils, and mechanical damage in engine compartments and structural cavities. Install per aircraft wiring diagrams and FAA AC 43.13-1B practices during maintenance and repair work.
