The MS20819-10D is a 37° flared tube sleeve designed for 5/8-inch tube outer diameter applications. This steel sleeve creates a metal-to-metal seal in aircraft hydraulic fluid lines by working with an AN818 nut and matching flare fitting to retain the tube flare and distribute clamping load evenly. Conforming to MS20819 and AN819/SAE AS5176 standards, the sleeve prevents leakage in high-pressure hydraulic systems common to general aviation and commercial aircraft.
