The MS20913-1S is a pipe plug designed to seal tapped ports in aircraft hydraulic manifolds and fluid system components. This steel plug features a square-drive head with an integral safety-wire hole for positive retention during operation. Installation requires threading into ANPT-threaded bosses using the square drive, with approved thread sealant applied as specified by the aircraft maintenance manual.
Torque values follow OEM documentation to ensure proper sealing without over-tightening. Commonly used in MRO applications to close service ports on hydraulic systems in general aviation and commercial aircraft.
