This wire secures aircraft fasteners and turnbuckles against vibration-induced loosening during flight operations. Compliant with NASM20995 specifications, it's installed through fastener heads and twisted to create a mechanical lock.
Used throughout aircraft structures, engines, and control systems where fastener security is critical. Installation follows FAA AC 43.13-1B safety-wiring practices and aircraft maintenance manuals for proper tensioning and routing.
