Product Description
The MS3420-6 is a nonmetallic telescoping bushing designed for cable support and chafe reduction at electrical connector backshells. This component fills the space behind MIL-DTL-5015 series connectors to stabilize small-diameter harnesses and prevent cable movement. The bushing reduces wear on wiring from vibration and connector assembly contact.
Installation requires an MS3057-style clamp per the connector maintenance manual. Meets MS3420 specifications, superseded by M85049/139 standard.
