The MS9393-03 is an arched rubber cushion insert for loop clamps used in aircraft fluid and electrical line routing. This cushion seats tubing, hoses, or wire bundles within the clamp while isolating them from vibration and abrasion damage. The elastomeric design reduces noise and protects lines from chafing against metal clamp surfaces during flight operations.
Commonly installed in loop clamp assemblies on general aviation and business aircraft per AC 43.13-1B guidance. Install the cushion inside the clamp before securing bundles to maintain proper routing and system integrity.
