The NAS509-7 is a hexagon plain nut conforming to NAS 509 series specifications with UNJF class 3B internal threads. Three drilled holes through the nut body accommodate lockwire for positive mechanical locking. Manufactured from steel with chamfered bearing surfaces per standard requirements.
