The R-443 B is an ARC glideslope receiver that decodes ILS vertical guidance signals for aircraft instrument landing systems. This remote G/S receiver covers all 40 glideslope channels within the 329.15–335.00 MHz frequency range, providing deviation and flag outputs to compatible NAV/COMM radios and cockpit indicators. Installation requires verification of aircraft compatibility with the Illustrated Parts Catalog and adherence to approved avionics manuals.
The receiver interfaces with standard ILS ground stations to deliver precise vertical descent path information during low-visibility approaches.
