Product Description

The S1915-1 is a noise-filter capacitor designed to suppress radio frequency interference generated by aircraft alternators. This component reduces avionics noise in Cessna 150 and 152 electrical systems by filtering alternator output before it reaches radio and navigation equipment. Mounted near the alternator or main bus, the capacitor connects between the alternator output and ground per Cessna maintenance manual specifications.

Note: This part is superseded by S1915-3. Verify compatibility in your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
