The slz7264 is an angle-of-attack (AOA) transducer that converts airflow angle into electrical signals for AOA indicators and flight computers. This vane-based sensor detects the aircraft's pitch relative to the airstream and outputs calibrated data through resolver or potentiometer interfaces. Integral anti-icing heat prevents ice accumulation on the sensing element during flight.
Commonly installed on general aviation and business aircraft, the transducer feeds stall warning systems and autopilot computers with real-time AOA information. Installation requires rigging per the aircraft maintenance manual and verification of IPC compatibility before return to service.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
