The SP90-C3 is a split cotter pin made from corrosion-resistant nickel alloy for safetying castellated nuts and clevis bolts in aircraft assemblies. This pin passes through drilled holes in fasteners and spreads at the ends to prevent unintended loosening during flight and ground operations.
