The SPC-5(B) is a solid-state static inverter converting 28 VDC aircraft bus power to 115 VAC at 400 Hz output. This inverter supplies AC power to frequency-sensitive instruments, avionics, and flight deck equipment requiring standard AC power from the aircraft's primary DC electrical system.
