Product Description
The ssd120-xxa is an altitude digitizer that converts static pressure altitude into encoded outputs for aircraft transponders and avionics systems. This TSO-C88a certified component supplies pressure-altitude data to Mode C/S transponders and ADS-B equipment for ATC reporting. The digitizer outputs altitude information via ICAO Gillham gray code or serial data format.
Installation requires connection to the aircraft static system and integration with avionics per the applicable installation manual. Part of Trans-Cal's SSD120 series.
