The TP42001 is a pressure-actuated electrical switch that monitors hydraulic brake pressure in aircraft wheel brake systems. This switch opens or closes an electrical circuit when pressure reaches a preset threshold, providing brake status indication or control functions. Installed on Hawker 800/800XP, 850XP, and 900XP models, the switch interfaces with brake lines and electrical harnesses in the landing gear assembly.
Installation and setpoint adjustment must follow aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) specifications, and applicability should be verified against the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) before installation.
