The vr300-14-20 is a 14-volt generator voltage regulator that maintains stable electrical bus voltage by modulating generator field current. This FAA-PMA replacement is designed for legacy 14-V DC generator systems in Cessna 120/140/170 series aircraft. The regulator mounts in the electrical bay and automatically adjusts field excitation to prevent voltage fluctuations during varying engine speeds and electrical loads.
Installation requires following aircraft maintenance manual procedures and FAA AC 43.13 guidance for proper mounting and calibration.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the REGULATOR against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The REGULATOR is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
