The 100-171-7300 is an air/oil separator assembly for aircraft engine breather systems. This component separates oil mist from crankcase vent air, returning separated oil to the engine while preventing overboard discharge and belly contamination. Installed between the crankcase breather outlet and the overboard vent line, the separator uses internal baffle design to capture oil particles before air exits the system.
Installation follows the applicable aircraft maintenance manual or supplemental type certificate instructions. Verify compatibility with your aircraft's illustrated parts catalog before installation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the AIR OIL SEPERATOR ASSY against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The AIR OIL SEPERATOR ASSY is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
