The 1280 is a JPI EGT probe kit for monitoring exhaust gas temperature on piston aircraft engines. This sensor connects to compatible JPI EDM instruments to display real-time exhaust gas readings, enabling precise mixture leaning and cylinder trend analysis during flight. The kit meets TSO-C43 and SAE AS8005 standards for aviation temperature measurement.
