Part 14850 is a dual VOR and glideslope coupler that combines RF signals from a single VOR/LOC/GS antenna into two separate navigation receivers. The coupler splits incoming VOR, localizer, and glideslope frequencies to enable shared antenna installations on aircraft with dual NAV/GS receiver systems. Installation mounts between the aircraft antenna and dual receivers, maintaining signal integrity across the VOR/LOC and glideslope frequency bands.
Follow avionics installation manual procedures and applicable FAA TSO guidance for proper integration and system testing.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
