The 2h30-1 is a pneumatic pressure regulator that maintains controlled downstream pressure in aircraft pneumatic systems. It reduces compressor or bleed-air supply pressure to protect connected valves, actuators, and instruments from overpressure damage. Installed between the air supply and distribution manifold in ATA 36 pneumatic circuits, this regulator stabilizes system operation during flight and ground operations.
Adjustment and leak verification occur during scheduled maintenance following aircraft maintenance manual procedures and approved maintenance data.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the PRESSURE REGULATOR against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The PRESSURE REGULATOR is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
