The 30-762 is a float and lever assembly for float-type aircraft carburetors. This component controls fuel level in the carburetor bowl by regulating the inlet valve, maintaining proper fuel-air mixture delivery to the engine. The float rises and falls with fuel level changes, mechanically actuating the lever to open or close the inlet valve as needed.
Installed inside the carburetor float bowl on piston aircraft engines. Float height must be set per the applicable aircraft maintenance manual to ensure correct fuel metering and engine performance.
