The 402042 ELT R/T kit interfaces a cockpit remote control with an Emergency Locator Transmitter for 406 MHz beacon systems. This wiring harness and connector assembly routes remote activation commands and annunciation signals between the flight deck panel and the ELT unit during installation or retrofit. Compatible with FAA TSO-C126 certified emergency beacons used in general and commercial aviation.
Installation follows the ELT manufacturer's documentation and 14 CFR 91.207 requirements, with compatibility verification against aircraft systems documentation required before deployment.
