The 45as38503-9 is a one-way restrictor valve that controls hydraulic flow direction in aircraft fluid circuits. This valve allows unrestricted flow in one direction while limiting reverse flow through an internal orifice, smoothing actuator extension and preventing shock loads. Commonly installed in landing gear actuator lines where controlled speed is critical.
Installation requires observing the flow-direction arrow marked on the valve body and applying proper torque to the connection fitting. Verify part applicability in your aircraft's maintenance documentation before installation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the 1 WAY RESTRICTOR VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The 1 WAY RESTRICTOR VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
