Product Description
The 575-9 is an active GPS antenna designed for aircraft panel-mounted GPS receivers. This 5-volt unit receives RF signals from GPS satellites and transmits them via coaxial cable to the receiver. Mounted on the exterior airframe, it provides position, altitude, and timing data for navigation and flight planning.
Installation requires bonding to the airframe per avionics standards and routing the coaxial feed through the fuselage to the GPS receiver. Suitable for general aviation aircraft using non-WAAS GPS systems.
