The 600-59180-3 is a pressure switch that monitors system pressure and triggers electrical circuit changes when preset thresholds are reached. This switch senses hydraulic, pneumatic, or fluid system pressure and opens or closes contacts to alert flight crew or activate automated responses. Qualified to RTCA/DO-160 aviation standards, it's installed on Bombardier Challenger 601, 604, 605, and 650 aircraft for engine, hydraulic, and environmental system monitoring.
Installation and adjustment must follow the Aircraft Maintenance Manual with configuration verification against the Illustrated Parts Catalog.
