The 8100 is a mechanical airspeed indicator for aircraft pitot-static systems. It displays indicated airspeed (IAS) on a calibrated dial face, receiving pressure input from the pitot and static ports. Mounted on the primary flight instrument panel, this instrument provides essential airspeed data for safe flight operations.
Installation requires connection to properly functioning pitot and static lines per aircraft maintenance manual specifications. The indicator follows FAA TSO-C2 standards for certificated aircraft installations.
