The AGS2066-405 is a blind, self-sealing rivet with a 100° countersunk head designed for flush fastening in aircraft structures. Manufactured from aluminum alloy per SAE AGS2066 specifications, this rivet creates a leak-resistant seal suitable for pressure boundaries and moisture-sensitive compartments where backside access is unavailable. Installation requires an approved blind-rivet tool that sets the rivet without requiring access to the reverse side.
