Product Description
The AN804-4 is a 1/4-inch tube tee fitting with a bulkhead port on the run, designed for 37-degree flared tubing connections. This aluminum fitting joins two fluid lines while allowing a third line to pass through a bulkhead panel. Commonly used in aircraft fuel system plumbing where junction consolidation is required.
Installation uses AN818 nuts on tube ends, AN819 sleeves for sealing, and an AN924 bulkhead nut with AN901 seal per FAA-accepted maintenance practices. Conforms to AN flare standards for leak-free performance under aircraft system pressures.
