The HL19PB8-8 is a Hi-Lok 100° flush shear pin manufactured from alloy steel for structural skin-to-structure attachments. This fastener creates a flush surface finish required in aerodynamic areas and tight tolerance joints. Install the pin with a compatible self-locking Hi-Lok collar, holding via the hex recess and tightening until the collar torques off per manufacturer specifications.
