The pba666-8 is a capacitive fuel probe for aircraft fuel quantity measurement systems. Installed directly in the fuel tank, it senses fuel level and transmits an electrical signal to the cockpit indicator or fuel management system. This probe aligns with FAA TSO-C55a and SAE AS405C standards for certificated aircraft installations.
Connection to the fuel quantity indicator enables accurate fuel quantity display for flight planning and operational management. Installation and calibration must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and 14 CFR Part 43 requirements.
