The ph506r is a pitot tube head assembly that measures total pressure from airflow. It connects to the airspeed indicator and air data computer (ADC) via tubing in the pitot-static system. Mounted on the aircraft exterior, this assembly samples dynamic pressure during flight and transmits readings to cockpit instruments.
The ph506r conforms to FAA TSO-C16 and SAE AS393 standards. Heated versions require electrical power for ice protection. Installation and leak-checking must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and pitot-static test procedures.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the TUBE PITOT against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The TUBE PITOT is available in: Serviceable. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
