The Artex ELT-200 transmitter is a crash-activated emergency locator beacon for aircraft distress signaling. Operating on 121.5 and 243 MHz frequencies, it transmits homing signals to aid search and rescue operations following accidents. This legacy ELT unit meets FAA TSO-C91a standards and installs with the 453-0191 mounting tray, approved antenna, and remote switch.
