Product Description
The la-71-11 is a United Instruments mechanical altimeter displaying barometric altitude from 0 to 20,000 feet. This flight instrument connects to the aircraft static system and features an inches-of-mercury setting knob for altitude reference adjustments. Internal lighting illuminates the dial for night operations.
TSO-C10b approved for IFR certification. Panel-mounted in the standard flight instrument cluster, it requires installation per aircraft maintenance manual specifications and must pass altimeter/static system tests per 14 CFR 91.411 before IFR flight.
